Empowering Leadership for Red Meat Producers
Through two focused one-day workshops, participants will engage in peer-based learning to explore practical strategies for building leadership capacity. Following the workshops, tailored one-on-one support will ensure you can apply and embed the strategies effectively within your business.
The program covers three key areas:
